🔁 Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Return an Item

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at returns@defiportal.click with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back within the specified time

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement once the original item is returned and approved.
